At Syna, we ensure your jewelry is delivered with the same care and attention it was crafted with. We offer free shipping with no hassle. From our hands to yours, the journey is on us. For international customers, please note that all sales are final.

Orders within the United States typically ship within ten business days. Need your piece by a specific date? Just let us know at info@synajewels.com, and we will do our best to meet your timeline.

We use trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS for U.S. shipments. International orders are primarily shipped via FedEx or a local partner, depending on the destination. For more information, please refer to our Shipping and Returns policy.

Easy Returns

At Syna, we believe in love at first sight—but we also understand that sometimes, a second look is needed. That’s why we give you seven days to fall in love with your piece. If it is not the perfect match, contact us at info@synajewels.com for an effortless, no-questions-asked return.

To be eligible for returns, the item must be in its original condition, complete with jewelry tags and packaging. Please note that special orders and custom-engraved pieces are not eligible for returns or refunds. All orders placed outside the US are not returnable. Each Syna creation is thoughtfully presented in our luxurious burgundy box, lined with a soft dusty-pink velvet interior designed to carefully carry your piece. The box’s removable inserts make it a timeless keepsake for storing other treasures. For added privacy, your order is shipped in a discreet, unbranded package—our little secret until you are ready for the big reveal.

For charms, we tuck them into our signature soft burgundy velvet Syna pouch—a perfect blend of elegance and practicality because even the tiniest treasures deserve the finest treatment.

Shipping & Returns

We accept returns on items within seven days of order delivery for a full refund. All orders must be returned in original packaging and original condition. All special orders and custom engraving pieces are not eligible for returns or refunds. To start a return process, please email info@synajewels.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Yes, however you must notify us of your wish to return your order at info@synajewels.com within the first 7 days from receipt of goods.

We will then ask you to safely return your pieces in its original condition, unworn, with the security tag still attached and with the correct packaging right away. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue a full refund.

At this time, we cannot accept returns from our international customers.

Simply email us at info@synajewels.com to initiate your return and we will send you a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds take approximately two weeks to process, and depending on your credit card, it can take 7-10 days for the refund to post to your account.

To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn, with the security tag still attached, and sent back in its original packaging.
