We know that choosing the perfect piece of jewelry can feel risky without the ability to touch, feel and wear it. Shopping for jewelry shouldn't be so stressful. 

 

US CUSTOMERS

From the date your piece arrives at your door, we give you 7 days to fall in love. If you decide your piece is not right for you, reach out to us to initiate your return. 

Simply email us at info@synajewels.com to initiate your return and we will send you a shipping label. 

Refunds take approximately two weeks to process, and depending on your credit card, it can take 7-10 days for the refund to post to your account. 

To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn, with the security tag still attached, and sent back in its original packaging.
