Easy Returns

At Syna, we believe in love at first sight—but we also understand that sometimes, a second look is needed. That’s why we give you seven days to fall in love with your piece. If it is not the perfect match, contact us at info@synajewels.com for an effortless, no-questions-asked return.

To be eligible for returns, the item must be in its original condition, complete with jewelry tags and packaging. Please note that special orders and custom-engraved pieces are not eligible for returns or refunds. All orders placed outside the US are not returnable.
